Wedding photography is technically challenging primarily due to two facts: photographers are under stress to get the "perfect shots/angles" and lighting conditions are typically not optimal. Most wedding photographers will agree these are the tough areas. As a photographer, I find that capturing the moment can be difficult due to ever-changing events and unforeseen difficulties--and mix all of that together with the attempt to be non-intrusive and you can see the potential problems. At HD Wedding Pro we attempt to mitigate these problems with our experience and our technology. All of our photographers have been trained how to avoid potential problems and carry a checklist with them for cases where they are unsure how to handle problems. We also have an event coordinator who can immediately correspond with any available member of the team in case of emergency. This allows our team to keep pace with the inevitable fast-paced, ever changing environment. We rely on both are team members and our technology to satisfy our customers, even in the most difficult situations. We provide each of our customers with photo checklists so everyone is informed about the order of events and what happens next. We typically send two still photographers to each wedding we service. We have found that too many missed opportunities occur if only one photographer is available. However, if you only want one photographer, we'll accommodate you. We will photograph the bride and/or groom prior to the wedding event on the morning of the wedding, prior to the wedding, and/or after the wedding day is complete. If all this sounds too formal, don't worry, we are very impromptu photographers as well. We love to have fun, almost as much as you do!
