1) HD Wedding Pro provides low cost high quality professional services. How can we do so much for so little?
Answer: All of our personnel are trained efficiently in all technical aspects of our business. We can keep our costs low because we are quick at what we do and we have talent. That, combined with the latest technological equipment allows us to exploit technologies that other companies simply do not have access to.
2) How far in advance to do I need to book?
Answer: Use our Check Availability link located at the top right corner of any of our pages to view our calendar. We have two crews available but the minimum advance booking is 3 days.
3) Does the price change if I book far in advance?
Answer: Once you put a deposit on a date, the price will not change. Your deposit ensures that you have that date locked and the package you select will be available.
4) Will I own my own negatives?
Answer: Yes, unlike many other companies, we give you all of the photos we shoot. We DO NOT charge extra for this service. We only ask for consent to use your photos/video on our site.
5) What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking date.
Answer: If you cancel at least 1 month prior to your booking date, we charge 15% of the total package price. If you cancel within 1 month of your booking date we charge 50% of the total package price. If you change your date to an available date, there is no cost if you change at least 1 month in advance, otherwise, there is a 25% additional fee added to your package.
